Cornicabra olives grown by a multi-generational farmer cooperative on the volcanic soil of the Campo de Calatrava in Castile-La Mancha, Spain.

The result is a green, peppery oil rich in polyphenols and full of flavour.

Bottled in dark glass to protect the oil from light, and capped with natural wood and in-built pourer.
